I will stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for next month's bout.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.

Still, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's largest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial paydays.

The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
