Around twenty-five thousand residences in southeastern Queensland were left experiencing outages on Monday morning after severe thunderstorms impacted the region, bringing strong winds topping over 100 km/h.
Massive Frozen Precipitation and Widespread Destruction
Residents witnessed substantial frozen pellets as large as 7 centimeters in certain regions. Meteorological experts announced that different parts across Queensland had been impacted by significant hail.
